Warming Mineral Bath Soak
Mustard and ginger powders are known for their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. This mineral bath soak is designed to open your pores and increase sweating to facilitate detoxing which can relieve tired muscles, aid post-injury recovery, reduce inflammation, and help clear sinuses.
For best results, use before bedtime as this mineral bath soak may promote sleep and relaxation. Dissolve 1/4-1/2 cup into your warm, running bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes. Please drink plenty of water throughout and after your soak. Use as a weekly addition to your home-spa treatment or as needed. Don’t have time for a full bath? Restore your tired feet in a footbath with warm water and three tablespoons of soak. Use as needed.
